• Ian Joined us in 2001.
• Ian comes from an Administration background and his enthusiasm and customer service skills are second to none.
• Ian will follow through and make sure the job gets done!!

Luke Smith

• 3rd generation truck industry!
• Involved since 6 mths old and detailing trucks by 12yo!
• Started in Spare Parts 2006 completed Cert II in Spare Parts Sales then a Cert III in Auto Sales and Front Line Mgmnt!
• Our youngest salesman and Company Pilot!

Vanessa Hickey

Customer Care Consultant, Office Manager and PA to the Managing Director

• Part of MCT since 1996
• Over 18 yrs Admin and IT experience
• Completed Cert II in Accounting Procedures
• Received the 2008 & 2010 Isuzu Customer Care Award
• Currently undertaking a Diploma of Management

• Sara joined us in September 2009.
• 10 years experience in Administration and Accounting and a Cert III in Business Administration.
• Currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Accounting
• Although she shares the same last name as our Directors she is not related.

Breeanna McCosker

Administrative Assistant - Accounts

• Breeanna joined MCT in November 2010 as our Administrative assistant in our Accounts Department and brings a range of experience.
• Cert III in Financial Services Accounting
• Currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Accounting

Sally Heather

Receptionist & Sales Support

• Sally has 9 years Administration and Marketing experience as well as great organisational and computer skills.
• Cert II, III and IV in Business Administration.
• Sally is the first impression of our business and we believe the best in her field!

Mick Leonard

Stock Coordinator

• Mick has industry experience and bodybuilding knowledge.
• A trade qualified carpenter/joiner and trade qualified vehicle builder.

Robert Keough

Service Manager and Manager of Spare Parts and Boilershop divisions

• Robert joined us in 2004 as Stock Coordinator and is now Service Manager
• He has over 10 years exp from a Holden Dealership along with exceptional knowledge and skills of the motor trade.

• Craig plays an integral role in our Service Department. Prior to joining Midcoast Trucks Craig spent 7 years as a mechanic in a Holden dealership.
• Craig has a mechanical and diagnostic background and attends regular Isuzu training.

• Brian joined Midcoast Trucks as a mechanic in June 2010 when we first opened our Port Macquarie branch and has now taken over as our Parts & Service Advisor.
• Brian has completed an Apprenticeship in Automotive Engineering and has also completed a Business Management Course.

• Jacinta is our very capable and efficient Receptionist and Admin Assistant at our Port Macquarie branch and there's not much happening that she does not know about!!
