Recently we had a problem with our NPR 200, some barbed wire become entangled around the rear axle causing damage to the ABS system and the brake lines. The only way for us to have the vehicle fixed and safe to drive again was for us to get the truck to your workshop in Macksville, our truck is housed in Port Macquarie. The towing of the vehicle was arranged by your Service Manager, Robert, the cost of the tow was very reasonable. I explained to Robert our situation regarding the cost involved in hiring a replacement truck during the down time and the difficulties we would face as a charitable operation meeting the needs of our community. Robert was incredibly understanding of our predicament, he and his team pulled out all stops to minimise our inconvenience. The truck was repaired and back with us within 4 days. I would like to commend Robert and his diligent team for their outstanding customer service.
